D is good only with 230.

FALSE!!! not sure where you get this, first they work out to be about equal, D takes hits better (and SD better still), and D stays balanced longer/better... Have you yourself done multiple comparative tests in various situations to prove this?? I have, it's FAR from true... the best answer is the choice between D/WD/SD comes down to personal preference as the Performance among pretty much all of the D-series is nearly identical overall, they all do the same job a little differently with much the same results.

You do not have defense or stamina parts at all, you could try:
Night Aquario DF145/AD145WD for stamina, but its not too great, if you get an Earth wheel and/or Basalt then you can build proper defense and stamina combos

I want to put together a Bey with the fusion wheel galaxy and the color wheel Leone.
I can buy any parts by hasbro, or found at the following stores...
Walmart
Target
or
Toys R Us.

I need a Bey that can stand up to enemy attacks, and strike back as well.
I have thought of these combos,
pisces tornado spin track and leones defense tip
Pegasus wings spin track and leones defense tip.

I like the way Leones tip takes attacks and stands the longest in stamina fights.
But I understand its not the best, so feel free to correct me.

build me a combo with:storm aquirio thermal pisces thermal lacerta x2, rock leone, poisin pegasus w105 f, rock giraffe, basalt horogium, (these are not mine they are my friends)

Try other places like Target and Walmart. You may not be able to get that particular pack anymore, but there are better Beys that you should be more focused on buying.

e.g.: Vari Ares D, Phantom Orion B, Basalt Horogium/Twisted Tempo 145WD, etc.
