We're doing double elimination again? I dont like double elimination =[
It's double elimination if we exceed 36 players
I would start preparing for Double Elimination earlier, around 32.
LOL! i say, once we hit 32 people, we should start kicking people out. JK JK! nah, i just hope it doesn't take forever like last time.
and are we seriously not allowed to come any sooner? will alex spartan kick us out of his store if we DO come early? haha, anyways, i can't wait to see u all there. =)

we will probably have over 36 anyway.

Guys why do you all think block round robin is quicker? Its not. We had eight extra people last time and we got off to a late start because the fire department had to break the lock on my trunk.
lol because we still have to go through the winner's bracket and loser's bracket. lol, idk, i just think we should have both the winner's and loser's bracket being played at the same time. something like "have half of the stadiums are used for the loser's bracket and other half used for winner's". that way, the people in the loser's bracket wouldn't have to wait all night to figure out if they lost and they can go home already. and at the rate we did it last time, it was like 5-6 battles at a time. although i think the way we did it at the end was better. the people who were done battling, were moved out and the people who were next to battle were placed in their spot.

We cannot play the loser's bracket till we know who lost. Its quicker then round robin because we do not have to wait for judges who are playing to rotate. Trust me sky Double Elimination is faster and much easier to work with.
Really guys? Seriously? Round robin seemed faster because we stated earlier, had more stadiums, and we had less people. If we did round robin with the last tournament, we would have had to do 2 additional brackets. Since we only have 4 or 5 judges per tournament, we would have to do the first four brackets, wait for those to be over, then do the remaining 3. We would have ended the tournament well past dinner.

I'm getting tired of this question. If you want round robin so bad, host your own tournament.

I didnt ask a question. Read again I am supporting the fact that double elimination is faster. For the record I like double elimination better.
I will be there to try my best to win.Stupid
Of course I'm in. I'll be with my cousin again, plus it's his birthday which is why this event is in the 27th. And I'll bring some money for some Japanese Soda. >3<
Also, in my opinion, Round Robin was confusing and it seemingly took too long. 2x Elimination is quicker and simpler. I say we just do it that way. We also need to make sure the tables we use for the tourney are straight, and the stadiums are CLEANED so no rubber tips can slip due to the dust and dirt. Someone bring a rag.
Because if I keep losing with a beyblade with a Rubber tip, I'll blame my launch or the uncaring owner of the dusty stadium, I'll probably blame my launching, more or so.
Put me as a maybe, I'll see what I can do to come (translation: beg parents)
I'll try too. I might bring some friends aswell, but how does "Double Elimination" work?
"Beyblade Miniatures Tournament" does that mean it's not MFB?

2x Elimination works like this, everyone is paired up, 1 on 1, if you lose your first match, you go on to the Losers' Bracket. If you lose a second time, game over.
Simple, simple. Follow who you are going to battle and that's it. Alot simpler and quicker than Round Robin, weird naming sense btw.
