The catapult grip could have a trigger that needs to be pulled, like the "gun" concept discussed earlier. Hmm bearings, wouldn't that be similar to the roller support?

can anyone think ofa a good simple base design for attack types other than using a rubbr tip or having fins/spikes coming off of it?

How about a blade with a constant EG? I don't mean like Wolborg 4/Rock Bison's, I mean like when Dragoon G's EG goes off, but all the way through the battle (Maybe toned down a bit so it didn't self KO)take lot of winding up, but it could work IMO

No, it's fine. I was referring to a MFB part, though, since Blade Bases can't be used on MFBs.

I think it would be cool to see ball bearings used in a base desing for thir actual purpose(lower friction between moving parts), maybe in a free spinning attackring base type thing(like trygle but the base wings that attack rotate freely)....kinda working like a double attackring but betta.

For the MFBs i'd like to see a wheel base off a turtles shell, and a wheel based off a gear would be cool too.

I'd like to see a free spinning AR. When a screw in a screw base is slightly loose, when you put an AR on, it acts like a sub AR. A legal version of this would be good for defence I think

Actually, Brad mentioned something like this before:

Although difficult to implement, a Track that allows the AR to stay still while spinning at fast speeds, but a clutch activates that makes it free-spinning at lower speeds, could be really neat.

It would work the same as Driger F's Full Auto Clutch Base, only the clutches hold the Attack Ring at high speeds, not the tip. At high speeds, the AR would be held in place, like a normal one, but at low speeds, the AR would be free-spinning, aiding with defense and lessening recoil.

So, if "S" means "Shaft" (hypothetically), and Libra has a Metal Sharp tip, then...that means that MS tip was a shaft tip...? I dunno, just throwing ideas out there.

For Wolf...I'm not sure what "D" could stand for, either.

I'd like to see a Metal/Rubber Change bottom.
Imagine FS, the sharp tip made out of metal, the rest out of rubber. The difference in movements would be way more intense.

edit:

I'd also like to see a Rubber-Metal hybrid tip. It could work like the Metal Change Base, with a metal tip in the center for endurance and rubber surrounding the metal, so that when it was hit, the blade could go into attack mode.

I know it's an old thread, but I got a new idea.
If you go by that logic, we'll have rubber flat and then no new parts anymore.

And do you really think there will be no metal change in MFB?
It's really good to experiment with new part concepts, even if some suck and get outclassed.
