BRACE YOURSELVES! BEYDAYS IS COMING!

Beyblade Prime is back for BeyDays 2017 and this time we got prizes! Yeah you heard me right.
Come join us in Regent's Park for a day filled with battles, prizes, a raffle and much fun!
And do not worry, I'll ensure ~Mana~ doesn't attempt to start up Beyxercise this time round.

LONDON BEYDAYS 2017
PRIZES? NO WAY!
But wait, they're Hasbro tho... Tongue_out

Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:00pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive for 11:30am. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.

Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand as always. Please check this thread on the day for updates or like us on Facebook for any quick location updates.

Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Click on the tab labelled "Monuments, Fountains and Statues". Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.

Prizes:
Proudly sponsored by Hasbro! No seriously, Hasbro gave us prizes.

Hosts and Judges:
This tournament is being hosted by Manicben, with Syphon serving as co-host. If you have any queries about the event, feel free to PM us or post in the thread and we'll be happy to help!

Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:10pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate. If you know you'll be late, please let us know via PM or a post in-thread!

Spread the Word!
Are you as excited about the festivities as we are?! If so, be sure to tell your friends about it! And if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook!

man i want to come but im like super scared to get on the train at the moment with everything going on
Hold up, 6/3/2017?? Oh nvm its going off American date format. So the 3rd of June?  This is at regents park, is it close to like Hyde park? Cos I can get the bus from Westfield to Hyde park and if it's within walking distance just walk to regents.

Yh I've always been a bus guy since this high alert stuff regarding trains. They caught someone with an explosive in the tube in 2016. Real scary but perhaps buses are safer. Anyways most the happenings occur on the 22nd of a month so just avoid going out on the 22nd of each month. At least that's what I learnt from memes.

According to Google Maps it's about a 30 minute walk from Hyde Park to Regents park!

If you stop doing the things you love, you've already let them win.

Can someone record this for the WBO YouTube channel? Also, how did you get sponsored by Hasbro? I can't even fathom how one would go about getting sponsored in the first place! lol

The trains are quite safe considering how many of them operate in London every day, it's extremely unlikely anything will happen to you. I work as a train guard on one of the main London train routes, bad things very rarely happen.

If you don't have a bey I'm sure someone will be happy to lend you some combos and a launcher
I'd like to point out that that's only a possibility though. After our last event and the number of parts going missing afterwards, I don't blame anyone for not wanting to lend parts out. I for one won't be, and it's upsetting that I no longer have that trust to be able to Unhappy
If I turn up, will there be anyone who might be selling a burst bey or something cos I don't posses one but really wanna turn up. Or is it alright to just come as an observer if I do not manage to get a bey to participate with till the time I do? It'd be nice to meet some people who share similar hobbies to me.
Spectators are totally welcome. I'm working out the final details on whether I can attend now (been scheduled for a shift on Saturday that I'm trying to move), but I should have one J2.I.Cy booster available for sale if I can, haha.

Sale = for buy??? (if so how much)
I was gonna say, with all of this going on. Maybe at some point there should be a thread made for people to lend their beyblade parts (not sell). Although, if someone was to charge for it, it better be cheap, otherwise the people who don't have beys might as well just buy them. Like for example, I was thinking that if I was gonna lend someone some parts, I'd charge them like £2 and they would have to pay postage to and from them. We'd do it through PayPal or something. However, as many of you can already tell, this would be way too inefficient.

Maybe a give and take system where parts are rented out for money then the money is returned once the parts are given back. Surely that could work.

Not sure what else "sale" would've been referring to, but yes, to buy. No idea on a price right now (gotta figure out whether I can show up yet), but I honestly only have the one to sell, haha. If people were interested in buying products at events in future, I could certainly get more stuff in.

Ehh...yeah, that's an idea, but it's definitely inefficient and honestly, people would be better off buying their own stuff. Any form of logging at an event would be far more efficient, but at the same time, this is totally down to whoever is lending the parts. We can't enforce anything and people can lend their parts at will. There just needs to be mutual trust here.

I totally wanna be there Dean! I had always planned to, but I've had a shift dropped on me while I was away in Canada and I've only just learned about it. Trying to get it changed tomorrow so I can be there Saturday and destroy the competition Wink

I think once money is involved, it's probably gone too far. If you can't trust someone with your parts, don't lend them out, it's that simple. But again, as I mentioned above, there are better ways for people to manage this. It just shouldn't end up that way, haha.
so does any one have Drain Fafnir on Sale

You could try a site called Hobby Link Japan. Their prices are cheaper than retail, but if the overall price of what you buy exceeds £15, then when it comes into the country, you're gonna have to pay import tax, because they don't let you send things as gifts or edit the invoice. It's kinda funny though because on the HMRC website, it says that if you've bought something for personal use, you have to have it sent to the country as gift. lol
