I wouldnt say that. Given the nature of how the anime also promotes the products, theres a likely reason for such Worfing and sad defeats. Yes, Lui and Free have been given such a tight spot; but I think we should all appreciate their greatness rather than focusing on their losses and bad spots. Same for every other character y’all admire

Sorry, I wasn't able to catch the whole episode so I'll just do the battle. Please forgive me.

Round 1
Free light launches Fafnir and it absorbs the attacks coming from Phoenix. Once it gained enough power it used GEIST SPIN and knocked off the Dead Armor. Phoenix uses DEAD ARMOR PRESS, but Fafnir survives and uses the attack to counter with ABSORB BREAK. Fafnir with a(n) Ring-Out/Over Finish.
Round 2
This part was kinda cut off, but I think Phoenix knocked off it's Armor on purpose to use DEAD STINGER (I will explain later). Phoenix gets a Ring-Out Finish.
Round 3
Free goes full power and gives his best launch. Phoenix takes the center and Fafnir attacks with GEIST CLAW which knocks off the armor and it lands on the floor (in the stadium). Phoenix uses DEAD STINGER and Fafnir barely survives and extends it's rubber blades to absorb power. Fafnir counters with ABSORB BREAK, but Phoenix blocks it with DEAD STINGER and counters with DEAD STINGER PRESS AND FAFNIR BREAKS LIKE HADES DID.

PHI (3-1) WIN

Valt gets mad a CHALLENGES Phi, and Shu is seen doing cardio and Aiga goes on a training journey.

DEAD ARMOR PRESS- Phoenix uses the Dead Armor to crush the opponent with a powerful pincer attack.
DEAD STINGER- Phoenix hits the armor (lying on the floor or heading towards it) and sends it flying at the opponent for massive damage.
DEAD STINGER PRESS- Phoenix hits the armor and it rebounds off the wall and pulls off an even bigger pincer attack.
