Pretty sure it was episode 38, when the Requiem project kicked into full swing.

Wait so Daina will own Hollow Deathsycther
wait is daina coming back??
I don’t think Daigo is back in the anime or manga. Maybe it’s just me but from the way it’s looking it seems like he won’t be featured in the manga.

According to Maurtti, Daigo does come back in the manga. He, Valt and I think Rantaro train Hyuga for his match against Lane.

Every single blader comes back in the manga if they get a bey, regardless of if they appear in the anime or nah. Only exception was Spryzen but that was a filler bey anyways.

I see, so the special chapter seems to take place before current events, kinda like the Dante one.

Does it? I think it’s after Hikaru lost to Lane.

After Hikaru loses to Lain there's some emotional exposition before Hyuga challenges Lain, and we're currently entering round 2 of the battle.

This may be a bit of an odd question but how did the battle between Deathscyther and Hyperion go?

But Hikaru wasn't there. He got super lonely and realized blading wouldn't be the same without Hikaru, so he went to Hikaru and tearfully asked him if he would continue blading if Hyuga could beat Lain. After words he went to Lain and battle ensues.(Dec. 27, 2020 7:21 PM)Eclipse Force Wrote: Every single blader comes back in the manga if they get a bey, regardless of if they appear in the anime or nah. Not sure. I could ask Maurtti.
If only Hyuga had genuine emotion in the anime wasn't just baam bamm crash crashh boom boom.

The manga is doing something right in terms of actual character depth and emotion. Hikaru, risking his bey for his brother, and feeling true and utter loss. Hyuga, saddened by loneliness, strives to see his brother's goal through. That's a good brother relationship other than them both being like 'BATTLE ME, *INSERT LEGEND NAME HERE*'.

He didn't risk his bey for his brother in that battle, he did for Hikaru and Hyuga vs Lain which was a bit ago, but yeah. He wanted revenge for Shu and to finally beat Lain, but was faced with despair instead and gave up entirely.

The manga is far superior
It’s really annoying when people say that the manga is far superior. I get it, you like the manga more but no one really cares about that and it’s just really annoying when people just say that, not to mention it doesn’t even contribute much.

You're making no point as to why its not superior though. Why is it not?
