He's a kid, of course he's going to have a higher pitched voice, male characters can also have higher-pitched voices. I'd argue that Valt has a more "feminine" sounding voice than Gwynn.

And yes, Gwynn is male. Marutti confirmed this.

According to Japanese users on twitter, Gwynn's VA is Sumire Morohoshi. She voiced Maru from Beyblade Zero-G/Shogun Steel.

Also, Gwynn's full name might be "Gwynn Ronny"?
