For Turbo they said for the anime at least it was a 2 year timeskip.
Plus we know Aiger is 2 years younger than Valt

In Burst when characters get older, they just get taller or get new clothes. There would probably be a significant change if they were adults or something but for now they still

You can tell Valt has gotten way older. In facial build, height, and just overall demeanor. Aiger is a little taller yes, but still has the same expression, emotions, and attitude from the end of Turbo. Either way they never state that its been 3 years. You can assume a 1 year timeskip at least becuase of the clothes change but I'm reading the 1st chapter of the Dante arc right now, nothing,
