I have a tendency to call things by their dub names since I grew up with the Metal Saga dub, I've personally toned it down though. That's jus one of many possible reasons.

Lean Walhalla is his actual name, Lain is the dub name.

I don't really care if people use dub names even if it does feel off, but that's just me. I mainly care when people use the wrong names, like Bael and Lane. Same logic as using Baltic or Louis for Valt and Lui.
Mini rant over, this season looks fine from the trailer. I like how everything looks, and the music is fine. I don't see it topping the sparking theme though, I unironically enjoy that more than any other sub opening (except maybe 4d).

I took a look at the cast list, and it features the same voices for Valt, Shu, Lui, and Free (unsurprisingly). It also confirms the names of "Daikoukuten Bell" and "Ranzou Kiyama" (Ranzou is voiced by Rantaro/Ranjiro's VA, in case you were wondering), as well as two new names, "Suiryu Basara" (or possibly Basala), who I assume is the bowl-cut kid in the green jacket (since his surname literally means "emerald green dragon"), and "Rashad Goodman", who is likely the red-haired character featured prominently in both the Anime and Manga posters. Unfortunately no leads on who the person with the car-eared helmet in the Manga poster is.

There is one blader called Suiryu Basara who have grey hair and gree clothes, voice by Katsumi Fukuhara.

The Suiryu Basara means green dragon beyblade start with a B, surely must not be Bahamut again. Sui is green colour if you remember Nasui Yugo, he wears green.

Which previous characters? The guy that leaked the names didn't say the names in Romaji style as well (well maybe except for Bell), so it's Suiryu Basara.
