Well... the time is 2:20 when I wrote this. If i'm correct, japan is day ahead of us, and... It should be released right now. the website put it in the garage too.

Definitely looks super cool. Hoping it will outclass heavy for attack at least and Valkyrie and spriggan. I dunno though. Seems like it is all about weight, so if it is lighter, I have my doubts. But maybe the shape will be enough. Mine is shipping "later today" in japan time so I should get it next week. I will test it and let you guys know

What do you guys think? It looks lighter than heavy. You think it will be the top attack disk? What about the layer. The layer definitely looks like it could burst some beys

I'll post my impressions as soon as possible. I would say that from the profile photos, it actually looks quite unaggressive.

Yeah, now that I look at it like that it does to me as well. Heavy will probably stay champion. Unless something about the shape maybe causes more force at the small side of the oval? Probably not, but I can hope that the disk selection process gets slightly less boring by this actually doing something better. Lol

At about 0:18-0:25 you get a good look at the teeth. It appears to have 3 like Valkyrie and Spriggan rather than 4 like Kerbeus or Ragnaruk. I don't currently have a Valkyrie so I can't say for sure whether they are the "sharp" teeth though, but from what I can tell they look to be the same shape as the ones on my Kerbeus and Ragnaruk.

Aren't all Burst Beyblades asymmetrical, like Zero-G? That's why they have bad balance, correct?

I can see it being used more with Spriggan than Ragnaruk tbh. Oval is extended on the sides with the tabs, so it aligns better with Spriggan's contact points than it does with Ragnaruk's. On top of that, Spriggan already has more Attack power than Ragnaruk to begin with.

Saw someone on Twitter saying that DeathSizer bursts slightly more easily than Valkyrie, about equally with Kerbeus. Of course, someone here will actually test this for real, I'm sure

From videos i was able to hear the clicking sound and it seems like it goes from largest to smallest (the opposite of mold one spriggan). The smallest tooth being the last tooth before the burst and the largest being the first tooth.

I'm still not convinced there are intentionally separate moulds for each Layer's teeth. I'd really need to see it myself or see good photos.
