what wheel is better for attack ray or storm?

Ray seems to have better Smash than Storm.

Both are outclassed now, but Ray outclasses Storm and Vulcan and Lightning outclass Ray.

I choose Vulcan over Lightning because of Fyuuor's videos.

I think they're both equal, but Vulcan supposedly has more Smash Attack.

However, Lightning's Left Spin advantage does well against some rubber Defense Bottoms like RSF.

Is thermal lecerta good for anything?

Thermal is ok for stamina and HF is ok for attack. All outclassed easily though.

Check the MFB tiers list. It says on there, because they listed the parts in each tier.
