When BMF is released worldwide will both the takara and hasbro ripcords be allowed for use? Also if the new hasbro ones are allowed to be used will we also be allowed to use the older plastic ones which are the same but just have more colours?

the dragon winder is the same length as the takara mfb winder and i am pretty sure hasbro will release the dragon winder with Lightning L drago 100HF and also with their electronic beys....however they might not let you use the neo dragon winder.....but i don't think it matters i am pretty sure he is too old for the hasbro tourneys anyway(they are ages 8-15 i believe)

why don't you just go read the rules they were updated not that long ago and it says you can use dragon winders and such......

i realize that the winders that comes with the hasbro beyblades are shorter however there is the Dragon winder which is going to be put out with l ldrago only..... this winder was previously released with the old dragoon beyblades it is the same length as the takara winder.... .... If you mean the latest Mobile Stadium, it has not been released yet ... Chances are it could not possibly have even less of a slope than the Pegasus Thunder Whip Stadium though ...

is it illegal to change the prongs on a beyblauncher?
if i do replace the prongs will it be difficult to put back together?

No Changing prongs is quite easy. Only 1 screw and 1 plastic part are involved. There aren't any springs so parts won't fly out. It's legal because you can even exchange the innards between launchers as long as it doesn't change anything.

If you're still wondering, I believe all your links are safe since they all say TT on packaging.
The MF one is fine, it says TT. But watch out for bad apples, maybe look up some of the ebay names on our search bar and see what threads come up.
