Can someone explain to me what the Metagame even is? Like, I know the basics, such as how the Italian Metagame has Hell as a great Attack Wheel and such, but can someone seriously explain what it is, is it what happens at tournaments, is it something, or even is it a place? I do know that it has to do with choices in Tiers, but can someone SIMPLY explain it.

I ask this because I know a lot of things about it, but generally have no clue of what it really is.

In terms of pure Defense, would RS be good on Basalt BD145, since I'm worried that the attacker would push it over, causing BD145 to floor scrape. If not, would RSF or CS be better in terms of pure Defense?

I've actually tested this combo. RS is pretty tall and won't push over that easily, I didn't experience any scraping at all. I even used MF Lightning L-Drago CH120RF and found that it didn't get knocked off balance. In terms of pure defense RS beats RSF which beats CS unless they are against a left-spin in which case the order would be reversed.

Actually, I find 230 and BD145 to beat GB145. 145 would only beat 230 in the case when they are squaring off with each other. However, if you compare results from both the tracks against attack combos, 230 wins. In my experience GB145 is now outclassed by 230 and BD145. Sorry, but I don't have results on hand.
