It's the first version of the Bitchip... I think it only was on Pre-Anime Beys.

It just looks like a clear casing and idk where u would get one, either that or it's a clear bitchip over a sticker of the bitbeast on the spin gear

That is a bit-chip protecter, which is unavailable for the HWS or Metal System.
(though there is a clear metal face) I think it comes with they beys, no? I think you can buy them separately too!

What is the power launcher good for ?

WTHH is a power launcher

I ordered a Ray Unicorno from Ebay, and the Coat Sharp appears to be broken.
The plastic doesn't make any contact with the stadium, and the plastic seems slanted.
Is it broken? If so I will exchange it.
