So? Even though it's made for defense, it looks like it could do OK for stamina. Duo is good for defense AND stamina.

What exactly happens when the Wide Defense performance tip gets weared down? My Twisted Tempo's WD is only slightly worn, the point in the middle is slightly blunt and I've noticed its spin time has decreased a little bit. Could this be because of the WD or a problem on another part of the beyblade?

All Basalt Horogiums/Twisted Tempos are kind of aggressive from the start, due to Basalt's imbalance. Over time, though, WDs and other tips wear down so that they're aggressive. When they do reach this state, they're illegal for testing and WBO tournaments.

Ah, but currently, it is not aggressive at all... It stays in the middle of the stadium and occasionally shakes due to it's bad balance meaning it would not be considered worn yet. Thank you for the information, however is their any reason for losing spin time?

It loses spin time because of the irregular gap inside, and the unbalanced clear wheel.

I've been working on a combo, though as far as testing it, I'm not exactly sure how it should be classified (in terms of what to test against). The combo is Phantom ___ 125MF (using 125 as a stopgap until S130 arrives as I'm more interested in that.

Now, this combo doesn't work as an attacker, but sort of a high mobility stamina type. As such, what should it be tested against it? Sorry if this should be in the customization forum, however, I didn't see any sort of thread there that might facilitate this question (given that this combo is not specifically about Phantom, I opted not to post it in that discussion. If it should be, I apologize.)
