Um, question if Zero-G is now allowed wont the rules change as well? i.e when using CF/GCF with a multiple-height track such as CH120 removing the said bottom is needed to change the height.
Well, have you tried that to see if it works? Anyways, the Committee is most likely solving that problem and more.
In due time, in due time. Smile

If you need to remove parts to change a "mode" then it is illegal same as always

this is understood but then that eliminates the purpose of the tracks.
CF and GCF are garbage in the BB-10. We can address the ruling when Zero-G Stadia become legal for play.

EDIT: Also, I'm not sure about CH120, but I can change the height on my TH170 with no problems with CF affixed just using my fingernail, and I do not think CH is much thinner...
Well, I had this in my mind since quite some time, but one of Uwik's post in a thread reminded me of it-
How do I know if my Basalt has better balance than it should normally have?
OR
What procedure is involved in testing whether my Basalt has more stability or not?

I am sorry if I am missing something, but to be honest, I didn't read as to how to determine Basalt's balance. Sooo... Help please?
I imagine the easiest way would be solo spin compared to whatever the average is. I'm not sure where you'd find the latter though. If it's more balanced it should theoretically have better solo spin, though I'm not really sure.
Eh...
And to get into a position to be able to compare my solo spin with the average solo spin, I'd probably have to launch with a BeyLauncher I guess... I don't have one, plus I also don't know how to use it. Tongue_out
I was searching for this on Google a few weeks ago, and I read something else. They say that the more aggressive your Basalt is (when uncustomized), the more the imbalance.
Is this true?
Agression would certainly suggest that it's leaning towards the flat of WD and thus imbalanced, yes.
Hey is my trygle real?

It says Japan on the wings on the bb, and says ©Hu/t Bp tx 2001 on the other
What is the rate of wear on a RDF with average, not extreme use? Thank you.
Me and my family relocated to Costa Rica. Not much tournament action here, but we are competing against ourselves again.

Since last I was here there was the introduction of the XTS.

What's worth investing in and what should I avoid. I have to admit some of the stealth attacks look cool. What about those super tall tornado tops?

Any opinion and perhaps some tournament results sure would be great!
All XTS tops (they are not real Beyblades) are totally illegal in tournaments, even in Hasbro's. Therefore, I would completely discourage you from buying any, unless you really want one for "fun".
Kai-V,
Perfect, that's exactly what I needed to know.
is th170 needed for a good defensive combo?
(May. 15, 2012  6:16 AM)Clonetos Wrote: is th170 needed for a good defensive combo?
it concentrates more on stamina types, best in defense is BD145

in that case is it needed in stamina customizations i may not be able to get it
you can also make defense types, but not good as BD145,
Metal Face-Heavy Duo Aquario/Bull/Cancer/Kerbecs BD145/TH170 CS/RB/RDF/RF/RS
Metal Face-Heavy Death Aquario/Bull/Kerbecs BD145/TH170 CS/RB/RDF/RF/RS

I have a question, what is the energy ring for ?, because no matter how i look at it, I really don't see why people say that a few energy rings are good, cuz as far as i can think, i don't see what the difference really is aren't all of those the same ?

The weight of some are very evenly distributed. Such as Aquario/Cancer/Cygnus/Bull.
Being more balanced, it will have affect on the stamina, endurance etc.

I see, so which of these two, tempo and befall, is better ?

I believe Befall is. Tempo is too light, and is not good.

not only that the hands make it somewhat asymmetrical.... anyway if TH170 isnt available for stamina what is?

Cannon did answer your question very well, but if you need to know about this "more in detail", then check out th!nk's CW Guide. Smile

ashton- Well, we can't really compare TH170 type and BD145 type Defense.

TH170 just keeps the Metal Wheel out of reach of the opponent's Attack wheel by a HUGE height difference. OK, thanks to some of our amazing HTACs, this isn't too much of a problem.

BD145 adds superb amounts of weight, and also takes some Attacks at times.

Both of them are just equally good, but work in completely different ways. So yes, TH170 is a great Defense track, and so is BD145.
But, there's one factor which affects every Defense combo, irrespective of how it functions (anti-attack, weight-based, grip-based, low-recoil based), and that is weight. As BD145 adds a lot of weight to the combo, it might be the preferred choice, and can be chosen over TH170.
But, there are still some things that a TH170 can do and a BD145 can't(and vice-versa). Tongue_out

Dracomageat- Thanks for that. Smile
But don't you think that sometimes an extremely strong launch may get a WD move around aggressively, even if the flat-ring isn't touching the floor? We have all seen how AD's Rev-Up Launcher got certain tips (which weren't meant to move around much) Tornado Stall etc etc.

Or even wearing it down enough would get it move around aggressively.

But still, what you said is completely true though! Grin
does a worn D affect its stamina preformance on 230?
