There are ways to get the Level Chip on its own that cost way too much. $20 is insane for such a small piece of plastic, but there are even listings that go up to $80 or more. The Emperor Forneus from RBV 13 is the only main-line release of a Level Chip, and so far the most worthwhile way because it comes with a Bey.

there aren't any other beyblades that come with level chips. but level chips do not affect the beyblade enough to be worth $20 anyways, so your money could be put towards another beyblade or you can 3d print one out.

And I suppose That's still considered expensive. In India Even $5 boosters are considered extremely expensive. But as a part of my Hobby, I need to get them.
