I think 00 is better than 0. Because it’s heavier

On Slash Valkyrie it isn’t. Blitz is way too heavy for the layer and makes sV burst way more easily.

I recommend you 1' and vortex then you line up the vortex's blades to the tip of the disc and do the same procedure with the blade of sV... Yep it will give more power to the blades and increases the burst rate of your opponent

00 is much better than 0, because 00 is heavier and better shape.

There isnt a definitive "best disk". Slash Valkyrie just hasnt been out long enough, and secondly, the disk will vary depending on what driver you use and what you set SV up to do (KO, burst, etc...)
