If a right spinning bey had rubber on the contact parts, and fought against, for example lighting l-drago or gravity perseus in l mode, he would be stealing spin, am I wrong?

Spin equalization works whenever they spin in opposite directions so yes, if a right spinning bey has rubber on contact points and it comes into contact with a left spinning bey it will equalize spin
you don't really need Rubber to spin steal. any bey spinning opposite can spin equalize just rubber does it better though rubber gives more spin back as well so if your bey don't have enough precession or LAD you might not win as opposed to if you use something like Death and use a better stamina/lad setup then you would mostly win an opposite matchup

Provided the bey being used is small compared to the opponent bey so that the angular momentum works and the bey moves faster which is its own spin+the spin of the opponent bey
