Hey, if anyone going to this is a fan of Bakugan, I'll be bringing some of my stuff for that too on the offchance anyone's interested in playing that after/before this starts. Would probably be melee format but with legacy/bakutech stuff allowed too

I am mostly making an announcement on behalf of the organizer for this event, swaglakitu.

To make it clear for everyone who may have joined this event, this is a Metal Fight Beyblade tournament and not a Beyblade X tournament. Beyblade X stuff will not be used for this event. If you already joined or plan on going to Lazerbeamz's event, please take yourself off the participants list for this event so other people can join. I would also like to reiterate for a majority that might not have Metal Fight Beyblade stuff on them, it is unlikely that loaners will be provided, or there won't be enough to go around. If you wish to play Beyblade without having to get stuff for a different format, please feel free to join LazerBeamz's event.

Juxt wanted to add a small reminder that there is only one week left before the event.

I noticed some of you already joined LazerBeamz's event on the 17th, but have not left this event yet.

For everyone who has joined LazerBeamz's event and plans on going there, please leave this event so it will be easier for swaglakitu to handle registration and make the bracket without much difficulty.

I would also like to remind some of the other people who have joined this event, hoping to play Beyblade X for whatever reason, that this is a METAL FIGHT Beyblade event and not a Beyblade X event. Js wanted to let yall know, I heard theres a lotta people who told me or mentioned its their first time at a mfb tournament, so if you have any questions i gotchu with ANYTHING knowledge based abt the format, rules, meta/combo building etc, for anyone lacking in beys i’ll also be selling beys, parts, and launchers (all tested for midfakes and made sure theyre working) beforehand.

Yo, if you want some pretty common combos to help you have a baseline to test other combos, or to just have on your team, here are some pretty standard ones that you should have the parts for: meteo l drago lw105wd, earth bull or aquario 100cs, lightning l drago 100rf, and if you get ur hands on a screw capricorn you can do smt like screw unicorno r145rf/r2f(if you wear it down enough to be controllable), and burn capricorn/bull/aquario 90mf. These are just SOME combos that are decently well known if you have any more questions js dm me

Chat so it uh, looks like its gonna rain again, exactly on the hours I wanted the tournament to last

I have a family event thing right after the tournament if it were to happen so I wouldn’t be able to delay the time of the tournament.

So for now, it looks like the tournament would have to be delayed to a way later date (cause I’m still in high school so finding a free weekend is kinda hard)

So as of right now, the tournament is still saturday at 1pm until friday night where we’ll see what the forecast says. I absolutely love outdoor tournaments way more over indoor and it sucks that around these months it be raining a lot and ima be super busy during early summer so most likely itll be late summer I’ll next host (if i end up having the time)

I REALLY encourage everyone who’s coming to come at 12:30 ish, I’ll be there earlier for setup but I want the tournament to start at 1pm SHARP so registration will be at 1:00 exactly and whoever doesn't appear by 1:05 (unless you tell me that you’re running late) will be marked as absent. I’d like the tournament to run on a timely fashion as im sure a lot of you would like that too. If you have judged before please shoot a dm to me on discord (swaglakitu is my user), the more experienced judges that are able to judge, the more efficient everything will run.

To prepare, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to bring an umbrella and a water-resistant bag just in case it does have some light unexpected rain (the rain chances are 10% as of rn for BEFORE the tournament begins) so yeah.
