The eye color is literally the same, you guys are really overthinking this

Plus they're practically the same, with almost everything similar to each other. I feel like the eye colour "differences" is due to the fact one is a manga version and one is an anime version. But everything else is so similar, and it would be pointless to make an extremely similar character that also owns Ragnaruk, it's like, it might as well just be Rantaro.

The Ranjirou guy has yellow eyes in the anime too. He makes an appearance in the trailer for the anime.

Wouldn’t make sense for Bowie to have Hercules, the name pattern they’ve kept wouldn’t match up.

The person got the name wrong. It's "Howie", not Bowie.

What are the level chips? I saw someone mention them in an earlier part of the thread

They're the Chouzetsu version of God Chips, I guess. I think you shove them into that diamond shaped hole and they hug the notches near where the launcher fits in. All we have is this image at the moment.
