Use a 3D scanner app. There are plenty of good ones out there, but 3D scanning seems pretty finicky.

There was a really cool custom where someone removed the metal wheel from the byakko metal wheel and hollowed it out to the point where they could fit a modded Clear wheel. It turned out pretty cool.

Tell me when you're free, and yes I need help with dimensions, I was trying it on craftcloud and imateralise but its not working and showing wrong measurements.
