The local train station on the East side is at East 59th St and 5th Ave, near the Apple Store and the F.A.O. Shwarz. It is farther than the Midtown West stop. Ideal for players coming from Brooklyn, Queens, and Chinatown.

Please bear this in mind and come on time.

Prizes:
To be determined...
  • We are in need of some BB-10s for the tournament. The more BB-10s, the quicker and smoother the event shall run. Please mark which is yours to avoid thefts and misplacements.
  • Please, PLEASE, PLEASE keep a hold on each and every part you own. We'd like to avoid thefts of all types, from Beyblades to game systems and laptops. Keep all your personal belongings close to your person at all times; do not leave them hanging around, as they are YOUR responsibility, and the tournament staff cannot be held liable for thefts.
  • There are concession stands located around the playground, but Kaji Motomiya recommends that you bring your own refreshments to save a bit from the overpriced drinks and food. There are restaurants located around Central Park after your time at the tournament.
  • Please, no "maybes". You're either going or you're not. We will not list you if you're "possibly", "probably", or "maybe" going. We'd like a firm and direct "yes" or "no" answer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT WILL MOST LIKELY BE COLD AT THIS EVENT!! DRESS APPROPRIATELY!!

Pyro, I believe yourbest option is to extend this tourny to next sunday (december 9) and keep it at the time it is currently (12:45 starting)
Im just suggesting
Also, Icant make it because i have psat classes this weekend
U should really move it back and BUMP it because not lot of people coming. ALSO is it going to have a tournament or free play

If JE brings his, two.
People, I have had at least five people propose tournaments for New York in the last month or two, but since New York cannot afford to mess up once more, I had to turn down all the proposals. There is obviously a huge interest in New York, but when one of the two only Members I trust to host a tournament posts one, most of you cannot go ? Of course, it was last minute, but so were the others before that.
I really think you should postpone it until next weekend. I will be able to come if you do that, I would go by myself but i'm only 13 and my mom won't let me go by myself. I live in NJ so it will be harder by myself to go to NY.
Hey I can't come :-( u should of post tis tournament like 2 weeks ago because u do not know what people r doing this week
i was going to try to host one indoors but i am going to ask pyro or lbb to help me
So the tournament is cancelled

When you said "two of the only members you trust to host a tournament," you meant [Pyro] and Laidbackblader?
Even though there is a large interest in NewYork the reason people arent able to show up was late notice but also the fact is the weather is changing and most people if company with parents dont want to sit in a very cold environment and even though other tourneys was late notice you got to remember the place and timing if your going to host one thats why I hold out probably doing any NJ tournament in december or november in that case.
So it's decided that the tournament it's not going to happen.

Ask Pyro

I would like to see where I said that the tournament was cancelled/postponed... Plan on there being one.
