i just dont see how going all metal at this point is innovative, new, or creative. it has already been done 3 other times. There was wayyyy more potential left in the god series, duo Eclipse (which will be the last god layer system bey to be released) is the perfect example of this. i dont think the series should've starting leaning towards all layers being combined, but the point i was making is that you could do anything with the god layers and i feel like interchangeable custom parts to add to all layers wouldve been really cool. Like with the Strike God Chip being an addition to gV, i think TT could've made all brand new god layers for the new series and each release would come with a "upgraded" god design and a custom part which could be used and swapped with and other piece to be used on any new layer.

What? @[Jinbee] didn't say anything about metal in Burst being innovative...

i know, i was wholeheartedly aggreing with him and adding to the point he was making senpai

Although they could take the zero g route and do metal on top and plastic on the bottom also another thing that V4 picture is most likely a silver recolor you can see silver paint dropping on it so im sure it's not gonna actually look like that.
i updated the post so it sounds more clear and as not to confuse anyone, (especially since i respect both of your opinions on here VERY much) -y Rancher

Ah, my mistake. My apologies haha.
The line "it is better to swallow instead of exceeding", combined with the image of a layer being litterally coated in metal suggests to me that these might not actually be new beys. Just past Burst ones with more weight.

That would be less gamebreaking, since it wouldn't remove any designs from the game. Only force them all to be repurchase. That's slightly better, right? Right?

I don't have high hopes for this series. I think this finally makes up my mind on whether to buy into Burst, unless Hasbro has a completely different plan for the evolution of it.

On the upside though, the way that the promotional material reads is very Studio Trigger to me. I have high hopes for the anime.

Nevermind then. May I ask where these can be found?

Try youtube maybe? I know Zankye has some good info on them
So his most recent video doesn't have the relevant content. Had to go back through old uploads. Sigh.
Freakin' hate his content but can't deny he brings us news. Would MUCH prefer to be able to read it.
The names so far are Winning Valkyrie, Zet Achilles and Emporer Forneus I believe EF and ZA are both defense types while wV obviously is an attack type.

Interesting point! I do find it hard to believe that they would make these new Beyblades entirely out of a super heavy metal so as to completely and utterly destroy all previous releases, so an approach like this sounds more in line with what they might do if the parts are indeed all-metal. They would probably be more powerful than existing parts, but maybe not overwhelmingly so initially at least.

I would have preferred TT go for something closer to HMS in terms of a balance of plastic and metal, but I think that considering previous releases like Lost Longinus and Sieg Xcalibur had metal on the Layers, such an approach doesn't become enough of a marketable selling feature for TAKARA-TOMY, unfortunately.

I've always been one to feel that each season of every series could have been extended longer with additional releases or had releases spaced out a little bit more, but I think that's because I'm a hardcore fan. Unfortunately, for the general public, such dramatic changes which are easy to market to casual players and parents are necessary to build and maintain momentum for the series as a whole.

In any case, I'm 超 excited to see how this turns out!
Apparently there is a countdown for "Z" on TAKARA-TOMY's website, and it appears that it will be revealed on February 27th.

was there something like this for BBB God? If not I feel this could be very special and hyped series. really excited to see what's coming up!
It may be not related to Beyblade tho. If it is, why would they advertise this kinda of big hype on their website instead of the Beyblade official one? Dengeki hobby says it might be a big toy line that'll be revealed on the the 27th. http://hobby.dengeki.com/news/525968/
Could be Beyblade, could be Zoids honestly. Really depends how much confidence TT have in this season and whether it justifies a campaign like this. I'm not sure that they'd do something big for it when they've already shown a pretty big teaser in CoroCoro, title and all.

I'd say that's probably Zoids, but I wouldn't rule anything out, haha.
TT seems to be confident of Zetsu on his official website with the count down if it's zetsu if I'm correct zoid Is also TT that could be it

That was a fail but around 7:49 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICXSKoFU5yg it shows the silver recolor.
Does anyone want to show their ideas of the plot of the 3rd season before it is announced?
It would be so weird for TAKARA-TOMY to have both a Zoids line and a Super Z Beyblade line starting at the same time though hah.

If it is a countdown they must have put something very cool in this new system other than metal.
OK, considering that TAKARA-TOMY just retweeted their message about the countdown to tease about whether it is "Zoid... Z Gundam.... Majinga Z", it is basically confirmed that it will NOT be any of those.

So there's high chances it might be Beyblade?

Though I must say not making a Kerbeus would be a missed opportunity for metal chains.

I'm sorry I couldn't read your post with a straight face, the "to go further beyond" part made me fall out of my chair laughing. (Cuz dragon ball)
Srsly tho the levels of metal have reached edgy 12 year old level

I've been analyzing the previous valkyries and this new teaser, I'm currently drawing a rendition of what I think the full layer will look like
