I might get a lot of hate for this but... I did not like the first chapter. So Aiga lives and works at a farm, which is cool. But so far, he feels like Valt 2.0, and that's not a good thing in my book. He's a little different, and by that I mean he isn't totally incompetent but the differences are painfully similar, far worse than Ginga to Zero. Heck, even in a front angle, Aiga's hair looked almost like Valts. So far I really don't care for Aiga in the manga.
The way the beyblades were created, well... I'll say that zA's explanation to how it was made was alright, he got an inspiration from some sort of... statue? Display manikin? Well whatever, the idea is that he had designs inspired from parts of it, and the prototype does build the shape well, so in that regard it's not as stupid as the God series anime where Valt had some vague dream about a really detailed new Valkyrie and somehow got it exactly on point with some vague drawing and his imagination. However, unless there's an explanation that I just can't read, how did wV come to be? Why did he need it? From what I saw, gV looked perfectly fine and the only reason they immediately switched it was for advertisement, albeit a rather poor one. Like it was from Valt showing gV, then not even a few panels later you see wV's layer on a pair of tongs, being heated probably. I would've preferred if it was in a lab or somewhere where making detailed plastic and metal tops actually seemed possible, I dunno the whole Metalsmith way of doing it seems a bit odd unless it was for the metal bits only. Whatever. I'd also like to know if: Aiga was a blader before as there was no hint of him being one. What made him want to blade? Assuming he never bladed, how did his match be so close against the WORLD CHAMPION Valt? Are you seriously telling me Valt is once again incompetent? But in his defense it was a new blade. At the same time, Shu was able to adapt to Sr and I would assume Valt is now as skilled. Whatever I guess. The chapter also has that first Burst chapter of the single layer season feel.
So yeah overall, I really don't like this chapter at all, it was incredibly boring and nonsensical so far, at least to me. Maybe a translation or English comic reading will help it though, who knows?
The beyblade manga is always very scrapped/rushed without much details, then the anime usually follows with explanations. Give it time.
Ok.... So first impressions I really like this so far the manga seems fun and I love the place where Aiga comes from

I'm aware of that, the end of my review pretty much implies that I'm going to give it another chance when more detail comes. At the same time this is an introduction to the new series with a new main character, I would expect it to be better. The length of it too, it's pretty long as a chapter so there was no excuse to rush it.
Anyone found it funny when his hair got poofy when he was battling..? lol

это было похоже на то, как Луис борется
So I just watched it and even though the start was weak, I love where it is heading. We're back in the school setting, which was one of the reasons I liked S1 so much.

It's certainly not Sisco, you can tell by how tiny his arms are. Sisco has a different body build.
For me it looks like Boa

gZ is 46g so it's quite a bit heavier

Is this the heaviest or is there anymore?
Well, 0 weighs 24g, so thats an easy 25g between the Layer and Driver. Given the driver is big and plastic, I think it would weigh around Cycle's weight (i think it's like 9g?), maybe a smidge heavier. So i'd expect 15+ grams to be the standard for the ChoZ Layers.

Until we get that one bey at the end of the series that has tons of metal XD
Pre-orders of Chouzetsu beys is started at takara tomy mail website. A new recolor of LauncherGrip and Beylauncher is also listed.
I watched Marutti's video showing the new CoroCoro, thanks for that btw.
About the new series, I quite enjoyed it. Well, from what I saw, since I can't read in Japanese, I found it fun and enjoyable. It's a fresh start for a new character, while having some good old guys still blading. I'm happy with this (re)start. I wasn't hoping for something edgy, unbelievably crazy or deep, I just wanted to have fun and get entertained, that was what i got from that chapter, so it's great to me.
Aiga looks cool and he has a very cool Bey. Valt is always Valt, I was a bit worried he'd be somehow more "mature" and serious. Thank god hes still the same character, I like him. Now I'm curious to see how the anime will adapt this new series. I'm hyped!

He wasn't there, we meant Nika.
Also forgot to talk about eF being overall 49 grams, which is pretty crazy! It's heavier than stock Sr so either the layer or driver or both are heavier, well the driver no doubt.
The first chapter of the new series was fun nothing to flashy. I'll go with [] explanation of what's my first impressions aside from that I'm not really feeling that valt got push back so easily to the point he almost lost I mean his the world champion but ok lets wait and see we got lots of chapters coming
I'm really worried about Winning Valkyrie, the angle of the wings are so obtuse
For me, it's Shu.
so the name of the new longinus is shin longinus or bloody longinus? or not confirmed?
I saw and heard a few names floating around, but I'm unsure of which one it is or isn't...

Seems to be Bloody Longinus, Shin just meant "new"
