It's certainly not Sisco, you can tell by how tiny his arms are. Sisco has a different body build.

looking at xcalibur tips rubber- rubber(xcalibur) and plastic(xeno xcalibur)- metal(sieg xcalibur) next one is either metal and plastic or metal and rubber(buster xcalibur)
