I personally get better results with C145 in testing...But I'll admit that I haven't tested GB145 as deeply as a I probably should.
I don't own it but I know that whenever attack combos are tested against defence ones the combo's using GB145 ALWAYS do better than the exact same ones using C145. You shouldn't brand a part bad just because you can't use it. I can't use leone very well, but I don't say it's bad.

I didn't say it was bad I said we should maybe re-evaluate it. I can't honestly believe no one else has had this problem with it. I said more testing would be good. I never outright said Oh Gravity bowl is garbage stop using it. Don't put words in my mouth.
I just find it odd that no one else has ever mentioned this.
I have no issues with GB145 at all. I prefer that over C145. It's more effective and less prone to breaking unlike C145. I've gone through three C145 tracks and they all break after getting hit very hard by wheels like Leone and a low Pegasis combo. It loses a considerable amount of spin when it hits the stadium floor. GB145 doesnt have that issue.
C145 is trash imo, outclassed in every way by GB145.

Yes it's heavy and yes the balls work, but as soon as you start to precise all the weight shifts to one side and knocks it HORRIBLY off balance.

What kind of freakish combo are you using that somehow ruins GB145? Chocked_2 Like everyone else, I never have any problems with it.

It was the standard top tier defence Earth Bull GB145WB and thinking about it and a little more play with it. I think it may have been the terrain of the area. I was against a few different blades and they all seemed to set me off balance with it. But we were on grass soo..? Probably my issue.

I'm sure a Metal face was included. Could you list your opponents?

No, these are horrendous. This thread isn't for questions about random combos...

No I don't own a metal face.
It was MF Earth Bull? (I don't know the clear wheel) R145WB
I THINK it was Flame Pegasis 100HF/S

I think there was a third where I used it and lost too. I seriously don't understand what happened.

No wonder you were knocked off of balance.
can a defense wheel be used for attack purposes , if yes , is mf leone h145 rf a good combo or even competetive , and dont comment anything on recoil

Leone's not a Defense wheel, and this is not the right place to ask.

Leone is surely not a defense wheel, it has too much recoil for defense. Such as Rock, Gravity
recoil recoil recoil recoil

Seriously though, there's a thread here for Leone discussion.

You can't really restrict people from commenting on its worst aspect...

"Arjen Robben is the best in the world, but you can't talk about the fact that he can't use his right foot and that there's also Messi."
What are the specific differences between B, WB, SD, D and WD? In which conditions should they be used in?
(Aug. 16, 2010  1:29 PM)SkyPaladin13 Wrote: [ -> ]What are the specific differences between B, WB, SD, D and WD? In which conditions should they be used in?

B, useful for defense, not best, a viable bottom for stamina if no D series.
WB, the best defense bottom, works best when launched at 80%
SD, one of the best stamina bottom
WD, one of the best stamina bottom, also a viable choice for defense
D, slightly worse than SD, WD, also a top-tier stamina bottom
Differences
B is a ball
WB is a wider version of B
D is similar to sharp, except the sides are less angled, giving it more of a flatter profile, though still keeping a sharp tip
SD is basically D with a slimmer profile
WD is D with a fatter profile

Conditions
B and WB become more "grippy" becoming more aggressive when launched.
The D series have their tips become slightly more blunt, less so from a mint tip.
For stamina purposes, D tips should be used new/mint
For defense purposes, use WB or if you insist on using a D tip, use a blunter one.

Wait, every bottom wears down after using it for 3-4 months.

I don't see any differences in mine.
My WB falls on the floor all the time from getting knocked out of my bed, my floor dents, not my WB...
They would change if you happened to launch them from 2 meters high, they'd dent.
IIRC, Diamond needs to replace his quite frequently, so I guess it does eventually wear and get a more aggressive movement pattern.

Yes, the plastic of those Bottoms do eventually wear down if you actually spin it (use it).

However, I have once dropped a WD from my bed tip first, and the tip was still perfectly fine... :\
alright, edited
which is the best customization for MFB when it comes to balance

Libra CH120RF, but Libra is banned in WBO organized plays.
Virgo CH120RF is also a good choice, the ressults are promising.
