It's just Pegasus 145 RF, not Storm Pegasus.
Assuming you're in the US, pegasus was from the original line of MFB which were not released overseas (excluding some countries fairly close to Japan.)

We have a thread and video evidence against top-tier combos of all types from Diamond, a moderator.
We also have videos from REscolpio and Daegor, both regarded as experienced bladers in this community, specifically displaying the attack potential of Burn.
And finally, we have the splish-splash of posts and threads about Burn's stamina properties, and an amount of videos on youtube to match.
With Hasbro's release coming soon, which will obviously be heavier and have more weight on the outside of the wheel due to their taking away the "~Burn Wheel~" text, Burn's performance is only going to get better with time. Probably playing a major part in attack/stamina combinations in Takara-Tomy stadiums, and stamina [and defense] combinations in Hasbro stadiums, respectively.
Completely true, and we may finally have a legitimate combination type.
I would still have to say that RS should be added for top tier defense combos. Kei's test prove that defense combos have a better chance again, instead of eveyrone making attack combos. Plus, theres not much more tests that can be done on RS, except for XF, which is kinda heading towards the stamina section.
Plus, its not completely unbeatable, as seen by MF Lightning L Drago 100R2F, so it wouldnt make the game unfair, like Libra did. Just IMO though...
Also, because MF Lightning L Drago 100R2F puts up a fight agains RS, if RS goes up, I think R2F might have to go up as well..

I was wondering is there any way you can put back up hasbro top tier tops. I say this because U.S, tops are not really upgraded that much. I already have the earthbulldf145/sd/wd/wb but I need more combos. Is the earthbulldf145 the best combo for U.S right now because I know storm pegasus100rf was pretty good to. Brad is not responsible for what is being updated ... Most of the Beyblades like Lightning L Drago are already released or will be available very soon. We all have the ability to order online, also. Only a few of us actually have easy access to Japanese Beyblades.
Well whos in charge of the top tier you? Yeah Kai-v I understand but if you guys could make more testes for american tops then that be cool. I mean I was pretty upset that stormpegasus100rf is not on the list anymore.
Well on this thing I got from target it said that more tops will be coming this fall. But I dont feel like waiting anymore.
The "American" tops, which are released outside "America" too for your information, have been released more than a year ago in Japan, so we all tested them quite thoroughly already ...
The community, and Kei, are responsible of updating the top-tier list, hah.

Oh, I haven't seen the videos ... how many tests have been conducted/recorded by members other than Diamond?
We know Burn has amazing Stamina, which is why it has been on the Stamina list for a while now!

Nobody is "in charge" of it. This list is for competitive, top tier Metal Fight Beyblade combos based on all parts that have ever been released. We aren't going to make compromises for people who do not have access to certain Beyblades.
Just because Storm Pegasus 100RF isn't on the list anymore doesn't mean it isn't still good.
Ok I get it Japan is more upgraded then america but if you guys could start making U.S. top tier and Japan top tier different from each other it would be could. America is always slow with stuff and the only thing I even know from Japen is that they have the Libra with the banned wheel that I want. All this is to much you got to get a TT and tops from Japen.

Also, stop writing "American" and "USA" : be open-minded. Canada, Europe and even New Zealand had the new Beyblades too. Beyblade Metal Fusion was even first introduced in Canada.

Several people did extended testing over a long period of time and determined it was exceptionally good, just like all the other top tier choices.

Every beyblade has been realsed in japan 1st ok? There is no diffrence in how beyblades produced by Takara tomy and Hasbro preform. The only diffrences are launcher shape, winder length and name changes. Also dont reffer to hasbro beyblades are "american tops" because hasbro is distrubting them world wide as Kai v said earlyer.
Top tier means the current best combos which are found through alot of testing.
For more information on how to do testing read around the custimization forums.

If you want to correct people, at least give proper info. Hasbro parts weigh more and, in most cases, are made of higher quality parts/have edits made to parts with their longevity in mind. So, they are going to perform differently.

Hmm, I think R²F should be included in the MF Lightning L Drago category too since (according to Fyuuor's tests) MF Lightning L Drago 100R²F constantly perform better than MF Lightning L Drago 100RF against the same top tier Defense combos (although he used Giraffe instead of Bull).
Or is more extensive testing from another member needed?
