If it has Regenerator (which it definitely should, check this set) use this set. And I recommend delving into the finer aspects of competitive battling like EV training and breeding and such, I posted an EV training guide on the last/second to last page, check it out. -Max speed should be used when running Choice Band to tie with Zoroark and other Pokemon with 105 base Speed.
