ok i wil explain:
Step 1:Grab your launcher and face it abit downwards but not too much.
Step 2lace it a bit further over the arena then you normally do.
Step 3:Make your launch go abit backwards by pulling while launching.
Step 4:Launch it upwards by pulling your launch upwards.
Note: This may take practice but i am skilled enough at launching,i can launch into a small arena from 3 m. far so do not question my technique.This is copyright protected but may be used for the beywiki.I call it the "rip".

In fact,i did.It's not that "wondrious" actually and it's extremely hard to actually pull it off,i succeeded but it misses a lot of spin power when it landed because you need to make it go up to make the backflip,and i did it with the plastics,although...mfb are made of metal,so they should be easier though.And sorry i can't make a video.
