No, it isn't allowed (on eBay) it's called collusion and is grounds for being banned from eBay.

Well:
1. Get in contact with the last person with a decent price and sell it to him somehow (maybe through WBO).
2. Sell it here on WBO for your own price.
3. Relist on Ebay with the option mentioned above.

a bit reminder and advice..when the auction get very overpriced..cancel and block the bdders...no one gonna pay for any very over priced auctions...
max for mostly MSUV/DGMS is around 150-200 USD...more than that...it would be suspicious...
