Hi guys I'm new here, can anyone tell me if this Dragoon V is good value, I don't mind it being used and a bit worn as it's hard to keep them in such good condition for a decade, also the new ones go for like $85 and I'm not willing to spend that much on a bey.

It is a real takara stadium. However if you're playing with MFB an attack stadium would be better since that one is quite fragile.

Yes it's the best stadium to use for plastics. Don't use HMS in it though.

It's probably the best stadium for HMS too, and reinforcing it decently should make it survive HMS, they're all much rounder than plastics so it's not much of an increased risk, and covering the corners with electrical tape for non-testing/tourney play prevent a fair bit of damage.
