Tournament Check-in Details
  • Check-in begins at 11:30AM. Please be sure to check-in with admin, usually at the Challonge Desk.
  • Check-in ends at 12:00PM. We will begin the tournament shortly thereafter, if not immediately so please be aware.
  • If you are running late please send me a message to me, the Discord, or post on this thread, otherwise we may have to start without you.
  • See more details under the “Need-to-Know Information” section at the bottom.
Registration & Participant Limit Details
  • This tournament has a maximum participant limit of 44 players.
  • If you are certain you can make it, pay the admission fee online and fill in the form with your WBO username & purchase details.
  • Admission fee payment is required to participate.
  • Once 44 players have paid on the Tanabe Arc website, you will not be able to enter the tournament. Paid players MUST join on the tournament page here following purchase.
  • As such, only users that have paid and registered on this page are allowed to participate. No exceptions.
  • If something unexpected comes up last minute and you cannot come, please post in this thread. Any players who sign up on this thread and do not show up without any prior notice will receive a warning in accordance with our Community Rules.

We’ll be playing inside the Party Room at 44 Falby Ct. It will be located on the first floor. Enter through side door, alternatively main entrance.

Tournament Match Types: 3on3 First Stage, 3on3 Finals

Both the First and Final Stage of this tournament will be played using the 3on3 Match Type found in the WBO Match Types Guide. 
If there are any questions regarding the rules feel free to post in this thread or ask during the tourney. We will do a review of the format before tourney start Smile

Own Finish
  • If a Beyblade is knocked-out into an Over Zone or Xtreme Zone
  • OR is launched directly into an Over Zone or Xtreme Zone
  • AND without making contact with the opposing Beyblade
Then the Battle ends, and the opponent receives 1 point. The Battle replays with the same Beyblades.

Have an Xtreme Stadium or Deck Box? Bring it!

We will be equipped with 4-5 Xtreme stadium stations for this event, but more are always welcome! 

3on3 Format is also best played with a box that hold 3 Beyblades in secret, so if you do have a Beyblade X “3on3 Deck Case” (pictured below), bring it!

Any BeyStadium is fine for free play, but Beyblade X’s “Xtreme Stadium” (BX-07/10/17/00, similar to the one pictured below) are particularly appreciated. If you can bring one, please post here to let us know. 

If you are able to bring additional Stadiums or Deck Boxes, please let me know in advance.

House Rule: Judge Inspection
  • The judge will handle the blader's deck after inspection, during the entire match.
The deck will be returned if there is no winner after the 3rd Bey battle (For the reshuffle), and after a winner has been declared for the match.



Please be advised that this tournament will make use of the following optional rules in addition to, or in place of, rules listed in the Format Rulebook:

Banlist Variation: Metal Needle Bit Ban
  • The following Bit may not be used in this tournament: Metal Needle
Own Finish

Alternative Launching Rule: Continuous Side Switching
  • Bladers will be stationed across from each other on the Left and Right sides of the BeyStadium. Which side each Blader assumes must be decided by fair means (ex. Judge’s coin flip/dice roll, or rock-paper-scissors), with the winner getting to pick their starting side. This orientation is inverted after each subsequent Battle.
