How do we buy from these sellers? It's a Japanese website, and payment method? Can someone help me?

Use a proxy service. If you don't have substantial amounts of money coming in though this isn't the right thing for you since it can be very expensive. Search Riderproxy. She's a proxy service that people on here use.
What are some recommended sellers? I'm looking for good packaging, no scratches etc.

There aren't many staple sellers. Just many random ones that find stuff to sell. Why does the packaging matter anyway ?

please read what he said carefully. There is a user on this site that goes by the name Rider Proxy. She lives in Japan and will buy things from Japanese websites for you.

The picture does not do any justice to the R2F.. I think it is okay, but I'd rather not be responsible for a unwanted purchase.
