It's pretty bad. It's too similar to other spinning top games and it will have no future in my opinion.

Xcustoms Info (Click to View)

I hope you like the info and I hope you understand that I do the best I can with the very limited materials and tools I currently have.

There is still a lot of new stuff being tested/to be tested. Please be patient.

Please comment, give suggestions, opinions, ideas, it's all good!

Thank you!

This project is currently on hold, but it's still under development.
This looks awesome. I can't wait for more information on the game itself! Good job Nuno!
Yeah looks awesome!!
Reminds me of that video with the Brazilian kids using ghetto home made beyblades and launchers made out of CD's.
UPDATED:

Main rings can be turned upside down, so this way each Main Ring has two modes.

Thanks for the feedback guys, it's really important. Smile
This thread still feels kind of dead though. Unhappy
Is the tip from the photo a stainless steel ball-bearing?

The tip itself is a sharp piece of plastic in a shaft. The ball-bearing is part of this core's gimmick, which is the "free spinning" core gimmick.

I see...

Does your game have different spin directions?

Yes it does. The player can easily launch in both directions and all X's have the ability to spin in both directions.

UPDATE:

The Xcustom featured in this image is Heat Salamander W BH S (Wide) (Bearing High) (Sharp)

Really? Thanks! Grin
I'm doing my best to make it even better.
*Clap,Clap,Clap*

Seems very nice and well thought out Smile
seems like beyblade HWS though, but there is differences.

Could you make two of them and post a video? Use a bey stadium or something.

Nice Work! Grin

I already have two finished ones and a third one in progress. AND I already have a Battlefiled (it's like a beystadium but a little different) ready for battles, although it's not 100% finished. Wink

I'll make a video once I finish everything up (everything in progress that is)
(Jun. 19, 2010  9:09 PM)Galaxxy Wrote: How do you go about launching it?

The Xcustom is launched with a mechanism of magnets. The launcher itself however is in an early prototype made just for testing and is very similar to a beyblade launcher. Once I get everything clear I will do the final version of the launcher.
are you just taking scrap pieces of metal to make these? they look WICKED cool!!!!!!

I'm not taking any pieces of scrap metal do do this.

Everything you see is handmade from scratch and from new pieces of metal.

Thanks. Smile
