Where to buy Beyblade Burst products from Japan!

If you live outside Japan (AKA: 99.99% of this community), that does not at all mean that you should stay at your desk drooling or simmering at what people elsewhere in the world are getting in terms of new Beyblade items! We are in 2015, the limits to our Blader Spirits are almost all extinct now!

There are many different options of sites and services to use in order to purchase Beyblade Burst products directly from Japan or through a middleman service. What makes you choose one of them in particular basically comes down to stock at those sources, delivery speed, methods of payment and your own instinct!

First of all, you have to figure out whether you would call yourself a confident online buyer with some experience, or whether you would prefer going through a middleman service. There are definitely some advantages to using the latter services, such as being able to ask them personalised requests like throwing away big package boxes or other similar tactics to lower the size of the box to ship to you.

Middleman services

The following thread outlines the most commonly used and reliable middleman services known to the Beyblade community. A few of them specialise only in Yahoo! Japan Auctions, but as soon as you are speaking to an individual, like OkinawamTS and RiderProxy, then you know they can help you with other Japanese online shops as well. Read this page to learn more about middleman services :

You can also use BuySmartJapan to purchase items from Toys "R" Us Japan's site :
http://www.toysrus.co.jp/disp/CSfDispLis...C%E3%83%89

Their method is that you go to the page of the product you wish to purchase, then click on the BuySmartJapan banner at the bottom of the screen and fill out this form to apply for the purchase:
https://www.buysmartjapan.com/index.php/...ement.html

However, there are also select websites that now allow you to order directly on them and that ship worldwide.

Online stores with Beyblade Burst producst in stock

With the following sites, you can directly order Beyblade Burst releases without having to go through a middleman.

Taka.Ohno
Our latest WBO Authorized Beyblade Dealer lives in Tokyo and has Beyblade Burst items in stock and at an exclusive price for WBO Members, so use it to your advantage!
[URLs to come!]

OkinawamTS
Besides being a middleman, OkinawamTS also offers some guaranteed stock as well, especially for the Beyblade Burst products. Check out his website below:
http://tokutakutoys-bey.ocnk.biz/

Japan-Toys
http://www.japan-toys.com/

This is the best and only store to purchase full cartons of Beyblade products, meaning 24 iterations of an item. In the case of Random Boosters, one carton therefore contains three times the eight Beyblades it can have, guaranteed.

A bad point: if you use it for individual purchases and not cartons, shipping might be exorbitant compared to what you paid for the products. It takes a certain quantity of items in your order to make it worthwhile.

Hobby Link Japan

Great prices and in stock!

Nippon-Yasan
https://www.nippon-yasan.com/580-beyblade

Most prices seem close to the retail price in Japan, so this is another option!

Amazon.com
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_89_0...2528832011

Some prices are quite close to retail costs in Japan, so this is a good option for those who live in the United States!

Yahoo! Japan Auctions

You can always also prefer Yahoo! Japan Auctions, which is like eBay in most aspects. However, for that reason sometimes the items are used, not new, and bidding wars don't always end well. One considerably huge bonus for this option though: it's the only place to obtain exclusive Beyblades and Beyblade recolours from Japan! No other shops will commonly list special releases, so good luck getting them without YJA. But be ready to sacrifice some big bucks!

Another advantage for Yahoo! Japan Auctions is that you can buy/win lots sometimes, so the overall price might be worth it compared to purchasing the items separately.

However, Yahoo! Japan Auctions necessarily comes with middleman fees, bank fees, domestic shipping (from the seller to the middleman's house), and then international shipping. That can sometimes really make the bill sour in the end ...

Here is the URL for the site:
http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/
And just because sometimes linking to it directly does not work due to the Japanese characters, here is the keyword to use in order to search for Beyblade Burst auctions on Yahoo! Japan Auctions :

eBay

Of course, you can always resort to eBay that we all know by now, but prices there are usually quite high, so that's up to you!

If you have any questions regarding these methods, post them right here and someone will be on their way to answer you to make sure that everybody has a chance to own these hot new Beyblades!

If you find other options, let us know and we'll add them to this post! There are shops like YesAsia that are way too expensive though, so no reason to list them unless they become the only sites with stock still available.
I got the dash set, the other 3 burst beys and a grip from
Nippon-Yasan $160 shipped to the US. For those comparison shopping for a whole burst set
Amazon.com/BeybladeBurst

The prices don't seem too low and the shipping is free, so this looks like a great option as well.
1234beyblade emailed Japan-Toys and they said they might not restock Burst.
Thanks for putting this together, Kai-V. It'll definitely help me out in the months to come.
If you are planning on buying from Nippon-Yasan, be prepared to wait like 4 business days before they even start to ship it. I preordered all that stuff and they haven't even shipped it yet. They just printed the shipping label like an hour ago, hopefully shipping it by the end of today. They also hit me up for like $8 extra shipping after the sale because "the package was bigger than expected", very unprofessional in my opinion.

Has anyone received any burst from Taka Ohno yet? I think I am going to buy from him next time

I thought their site said they'll get stock on the 22nd and not the 18th?

Taka.ohno has quite slow replies, but his prices are good and he can price match cheaper items on eBay if you ask. Shipping I assume is incorporated into his prices, rather than free and the 10% discount is quite handy (although it's basically his eBay + PayPal fees subtracted; still good for Wbo members nevertheless).

I have always purchased from OkinawamTS since zero-G, and used him as a middleman for whatever I find on YJA (even if it's not beyblade related). Shipping is the actual amount (6800 yen for B-02, B-03, B-04, B-08, B-11 x2 AND a Galaxy Pegasis DX Set), unlike Nippon-Yasan (12000 yen for the same things) and whatever sites. Easy to contact him on Skype, and shipped my order out hours later I placed it (jumped ahead of like 40 people who ordered first, sorry! XD)

Oh and his prices are actually cheaper than his site states.
Taka Ohno is really busy this time he has just finished his Ebay shipping and what he saids to me he begin the shippment for the WBO members.

That would be awful. Emailed them to express my interest and the interest of multiple others.

Anyone know where else I could pre-order an entire carton of Random Boosters?

Cool, thanks for the link. I'll try that next time as well.
Damn, that was my option hah. But stock is very limited, so as much as I wanted to share it, I knew I would not have had an opportunity myself ...
Okiniwam do you include shipping charges from your site? I am going to buy burst products from there.
No, shipping charges are calculated after and are not in the price on his site
I want to ask that does he take shipping charges?
of course.
(Sep. 02, 2015  2:51 PM)vikrambeyblade Wrote: How much would he take?

Shipping costs always depend on the size and weight of your order. The bigger and heavier the box, the more expensive it will be to ship it to you. If you want it to arrive to you very quickly as well, then it will cost more, whereas if you want the longest option (by boat from Japan), it will take much longer but it will be the cheapest. Usually sellers use EMS to ship though, which is sometimes unnecessarily fast and about average expensive.
Just wanted to update you guys on a special promotion that Zenmarket is doing. Zenmarket is a Japan Shopping Service and at the moment if you sign up using an existing users promo code you get 500 yen free to use and the existing user gets 100 yen.

I honestly think that they are the cheapest and fastest way to buy from Japan. Here is my sign up link and promo code for those interested in the offer:

http://zenmarket.jp/en/?affid=F96DF604

PROMO CODE: F96DF604

They only charge a 300 yen per item service fee which I think is the lowest at the moment out of most Japan Shopping Services. I've used them 4 times now, and honestly I am extremely impressed with them.
Clearly you should use MY affiliate link in my sig since I'm the reason LMAO knows about it :')

But yeah, ZM is great. Would recommend.
Well and of course the bad luck falls on me and I now hate Zenmarket. An item got away that I could have bought a hundred times during the four and more hours it was still available if I had just stuck with Buyee. For some reason my deposit never even showed up on the site despite being written off on both Paypal and my credit card bill, and staff replied once rather quickly but not understanding my issue at all, and then not at all since despite the whole night having gone by.

Anyway, the item does not even concern Beyblade, but deposit systems are stupid and this is awesome news to wake up to. I cannot wait for my deposit to be refunded to me ...
Just to let people know in case it happens to them and that it is for an urgent auction or something : apparently the reason my deposit never showed up in my funds on my Zenmarket account is because there was seemingly a second link to click to activate something due to the affiliate program ... But there was never any second link. Staff also took more than twenty-four hours before looking into the issue seriously.

Was it on Sunday? They're closed on the weekend, of course.

They seemed to have introduced some new, fairly unreliable activation procedures. Even my account got flagged and I had to confirm my deposit. Hope they work it out soon, sorry a service I recommended gave you a bad experience Unhappy
It was Monday actually.
