I’m a girl and also pretty weak considering my main fitness stuff is eating healthy and walking my dog.
I’ve recently gotten a Beybattle Pass and my SP is capping out at 7600 after pulling as hard as I can!
So I’ve been starting with some basic body weight exercises.
Right now I’ve got:
Pushups 10x3
Sit-ups 10x3
Squats 10x3
Planks 30sx3
Probably going to order some kettle bells for curls and deadlifts, but I’m starting by putting on some basic muscle.
Do you train? Is this behavior too sweaty? Discuss!
