What is your Beyblade workout routine? - maplespecter - Aug. 09, 2024 I’m a girl and also pretty weak considering my main fitness stuff is eating healthy and walking my dog. I’ve recently gotten a Beybattle Pass and my SP is capping out at 7600 after pulling as hard as I can! So I’ve been starting with some basic body weight exercises. Right now I’ve got: Pushups 10x3 Sit-ups 10x3 Squats 10x3 Planks 30sx3 Probably going to order some kettle bells for curls and deadlifts, but I’m starting by putting on some basic muscle. Do you train? Is this behavior too sweaty? Discuss! RE: What is your Beyblade workout routine? - Chris42 - Aug. 09, 2024 Maybe add leg raises 10x6 and make the rest also 10x6 and If you get weights then do deadlifts, weighted squats and bench press (If you have a Bench) but with a coach(for the lifting, i have my big brother as coach to help me so get one otherwise you may injure yourself) and try pullups (If you have a pullup bar) and for the deadlifts and benchpress use a barbell RE: What is your Beyblade workout routine? - Frisk291 - Aug. 09, 2024 (Aug. 09, 2024 8:16 PM)maplespecter Wrote: I’m a girl and also pretty weak considering my main fitness stuff is eating healthy and walking my dog.Yoooooo! You can PM if you have any questions or are just lookin for a friend! Happy blading! RE: What is your Beyblade workout routine? - Anthalt - Aug. 09, 2024 Physical fitness is important and good for you regardless of what is motivating you to do it, so I would say not too sweaty at all besides the actual sweat. If you can turn those walks with your dog into jogs all the better to add some cardio to your routine too! I am not training specifically for beyblades, just to stay healthy, but my routine on top of my general daily activity is 1 hour at the gym every other day; 30 minutes of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike, etc.), and then 30 minutes of weights (I like a mix of arms, legs, and core, usually in 5 sets of 15 reps per activity). Now as for beyblades, direct practice will definitely help. It guarantees you work the muscles you are using to launch (obviously), and builds muscle memory. The type of launcher you use is also going to make a difference in what you need to train and practice, since a string launcher needs an explosive fast pull while a winder requires a more gradual acceleration. I definitely need to work on getting that explosion launch but it’s only been 3 days so I’ll get there! I’ve been dropping out at 3 on the last set lol. I’ve been training for the past 6 years and at this point most of my cardio is just trying to hit a step goal. If you have your phone on you most of the day, you can check your average daily step count in your health app. Try to bump it up from your average amount by 1,000-2,000 steps and see if you can do that for a few weeks. You can then decide if you want to try for something higher. It’s a great way to get your whole body moving more without taxing yourself too much. when it comes to resistance (muscle building) training, the main thing is consistency. even if your routine isn’t perfect or even ideal, you will still get results if you do it long enough consistently! the bodyweight routine that you are doing now looks like a great start! It’s very similar to how I started out before I started going to the gym. building the habit of doing something a few times a week is half the battle in the beginning. My favorite exercises that apply to beyblade are pulling exercises like cable rows, bicep curls, cable side delt raises, and row machines. However, if you are training at home, doing rows and curls using kettlebells/dumbbells/or even something like a gallon jug of water can be a great way to start. If you just search “kettlebell row” or “barbell row” you should find some videos that will give you a good idea of form. The 2 main things with exercises like this are to 1. do enough reps until it gets fairly difficult and 2. to control the movement. When you are setting the weight back down, do it slowly and let yourself really feel it. This will let you work the muscle more with less weight and also lessen your risk of hurting yourself by swinging around weights haphazardly. Best of luck on both your beyblade and fitness journeys! RE: What is your Beyblade workout routine? - Ginsu_Weaver - Aug. 26, 2024 I don't really have a workout routine for beyblade, but I have been workout and it has been improving my launches because my stance has gotten better. I do all the physical stretches, cross arm over chest, behind the head, waist back and forth, 30 seconds each. Pushups about 3 reps of 10 situps are the same about 50 jumping jacks. Mountain Climbers 3 reps of 20 I also follow a guy on threads that shows really good workout routines that have been helping as well. |
