I would change the 9 60 on phinix because it can burst but something that would go good is a 1-60

Admittedly I didn’t fully know what to work with so I chose the parts I know the best. Technically you can make some other good combos but these are the ones I would say are the strongest in your parts list. Samurai Saber also has massive potential and if you are an attack fanatic you can make Rod into Wizard Rod 1-60L and replace the ratchet in Hover Wyvern for any odd sided ratchet.

Since I didn’t know your play style I had to guess some stuff but you definitely feel like a mainly attack with one anchor type of person. Pretty similar to me admittedly I do run different types of decks. But if you got any questions I can answer them
