WBO, strict or not strict?

I say that because you always seem to be the one prove your point more than the person you are debating with XD.
Haven't had a chance to look at this topic til so:

You think me and Levi are the same person? Errrr sure! *Cough* Has a facebook with my real high school & friends ask them! Smile *cough* anyways, Levi is awesome - pretty much enough said. How do I know him? Random FB Blader add, we talked exchanged phone numbers, pretty much the dude is ugh hmrm, "freaking" ill. xD But we all have our opinions. I personally don't like this site, I guess this makes me more suspicious, eh - I'll leave ya'll with a question mark over ya'lls head. It's allowing people to give their opinion on the forum and if it is doing a good job. It's a place for people to have a bit of a say.

Also allowing people to break out in debates, just saying.(>ಠ益ಠ)>
@ LVBeyPrince that actually isn't something to be encouraged.
Never said encouraged, never said.Smile
I think that users taking initiative and responsibility would make this site feel less strict to them. I mean, one half of posts are complaining about being unfair, then another half are about how that person is being childish or immature. If it's that big a deal to you, I think once you feel something might spark from someones post, then immediately take it to the PM's. It's not that hard...

For example, whenever I see a useless thread or post, I just link it to Kai-V because I don't think that post deserves to get so much negative attention, because it's just distracting from other threads. And when I have a problem that I need help with, or something I feel is debatable, I'm not gonna drag out an argument on a thread...

I don't think many people know, but I like to debate. Doing research, hard thinking, a battle of knowledge or wits, it stimulates my brain and helps me learn and understand many things. However, I don't publicly display my debates or arguments because I feel they're an unrelated waste of space. So I think rather than blaming the mods or complaining, actually talk to them in PM because that way, your conversation can be private, and people don't have to look for the next post that's related to the topic. Tired
Strict or not strict? Meh, doesn't make a difference to me one way or the other. Whether it's the loosest forum on the net or the most uptight, I'm still just going to make good posts and comply with the rules. Plain and simple.

This is probably the best post in this thread.

Well, I think this topic has proved it's point now ...
Mods, please close this. Kid Tala and Sparta are perfectly right.
This thread has indeed served its full purpose, and our question has been solved by Sparta
And who cares if they ARE strict. Mods are here to make this place a great and safe community.
There are perfectly fine reasons for their strictness.
I want this topic to remain open, it is important for people to still have a way to express themselves.

By the way, I really hate seeing "mods, please close this NOW" : most of those who write that have not even clicked on the REPORT button to report the thread or post they are complaining about. Stop trying to give us orders and be useful. Obviously if we are on the page where your post saying that is, then we have already seen if the topic should be closed or not, we do not need your almost-SPAM comment. We had to find the thread on our own most of the time, so it really does not serve anybody.
Does it matter? If you don't like the topic, leave. If you think they're to strict - leave. Unless you paid for that passport carp, wait til that ends THEN leave, don't waste you're money.

Edit: Is there a reason why when I spell "C-R-A-P" It switches to "C-A-R-P" Don't tell me thats a "bad word" come man, weak.
We are a child friendly site. The filter to carp was in parody of an early, disruptive, member, I believe, but yeah.
That's overly sugar coating, but anyway. Sorry for getting off topic, it's just - the state of shock I was in, was over 9,000...and 80.
Weren't you the one just saying "if you don't like it, LEAVE" and now you're complaining about the word filter? Carp man.
This shouldn't be closed since the question really isn't supposed to be fully answered it's supposed to be a thread where members can express their opinions.

Yay Bey Brad. I thought you left to the realm of Battle Strikers?
OFFTOPIC^
Oh, any way, the WBO seems strict at some points, but, thats only because we want a spam free community Smile
well i personally think the wbo is strict sometimes and really dont like the idea of being banned but i realised they are doing their jobs and I was acting like a idiot
Most of the administrators are strict. Some are cool, though. The site could use less emphasis on the rules and more fun.

I've yet to see a strict Administrator here. Rules are what keep this - or any, really - site going smoothly.

I have quite a lot of fun here. I am not sure what people find amusing about disorderly conduct...
Or less SPAM. I like that better. Rules are rules. I don't exactly follow all of them, but I try. If you wanna get warned, then SPAM away. Otherwise, kudos. That's the way I see it.

EDIT: Ninja'd. Actually, I have something to talk to you about, Hazel. Expect a PM before Tuesday.
you people dont care cuz takara gives attack types a chance and it is really hard to knock someone into the pocket

Considering that 3/4ths of the users here are children under the age of 14, i'd say yes. Also, to some users, this is their first official forum and have no prior experience posting on public message boards; so yes, they're very strict.

Calm down, rules are there for a reason, read them and youll get more of an idea how things work.

Yeah, Kai-V, how dare you give attack types a fair chance so battles are not drawn out waiting games! How dare you do this! HOW DARE YOU BAN PEOPLE WITH GOOD REASON FOR DOING SO! UR SO UNFAIR OMGWTHBBQ!!>!111!@

Srsly, bluebomber28, it looks like you're trying to be a matyr, but tbh you're just going to be a laughing stock.

djspida5: It's not like people who make errors from inexperience are banned instantly, they are given many warnings before that happens.
