Once again, just hosting another beyblade tournament. Pay close attention guys, this tournament is at Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach, VA. A couple member are from Virginia Beach so it makes our life a little bit easier. Most likely it'll be hot, I advise you to bring water and dress lightly. If we've got everyone together on time we should be able to have the tournament on top of the hills.

Name: Heated Bey-Battle
Venue: Mount Trashmore, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Date: July 27th, 2013
Format: BB-10
Registration: 11:00am

Prizes: Shogun Steel

Confirmed Attendees:

1.) Kaboom!!!

Where we'll be at: When you enter Mt. Trashmore, keep straight on the street. You'll notice a "Lake" on your right hand side. Going *slowly* and further down the road, you'll notice the first parking lot. Its best to park there. Once you have gotten there we should be near by blading somewhere, warming up for everyone to show. It is important to show up on time. If you're not there on time, we will be starting without you. For last minute issues or info, call or text me at 757-448-0671.

Congrats winners. Can't wait to see the winning combos, should be interesting.
Wait wait... I'm summoning my phsycic powers... I predict that Pruebame used:

MF-H Duo Cygnus 230SD! Am I right? Smile

Wow Prue... is that 3 1st place wins in a row for you?
Nope, I used MF-H Duo >Leon< 230SD. a bit predictable am I? I will tell you that I used Death Sagitario2 AD155WD to help me get into the finals.
Alright. Don't jock my Leone Tired

Rats... so close! Tongue_out
Does nobody play Attack here? If Prue can place just using that then even Flash could have swept the tourney.

As always. IM the only person thay used attack. No one else has the balls to use attack types cause they're too worried about losing Speechless True I may have gotten fourth due to bad judging and the fact that I couldn't get a 3rd K.O. when needed, I didn't place this time.
Completely rediculous.

I just don't get why people don't use attack when everyone uses stamina.

Whats ridiculous? The fact that you can't spell ridiculous AND that you weren't apart of this tournament and you still decided to post on this thread?? Yeah. This is pretty ridiculous.

Have you won a tournament using Attack before? In a theoretical realm, Attack is indeed the best choice against Stamina, but we live in reality. And in reality, using Attack is inherently risky, no matter how skilled you are. That's why many Bladers do not attempt to use Attack. To say that you don't understand why people don't use Attack implies that you don't understand how different a controlled testing environment can be from a competitive tournament environment. Hopefully if you ever have the chance to play in an official WBO event, you'll be able to see and feel the difference for yourself. Using Attack to win certainly isn't impossible, but it's risky no matter how you look at it, even against Stamina types.

There's no need to be so hostile.
Sweett!!!!!!!!
So.. Why do I use Duo so much? TBH, as I blade in any tournament, I closely watch what everyone is useing and from there I make my decision as to what would give me the best chance to win a match. At this event. I rotated between 3-4 beys, Flash being my attack one. I wanted to not use any synchrom's here as I am still learning to observe what comes out. Next, I do what I can to make my best judgement as to what my opponant would use. In this event, I lost to Death Phoenix in an early round by useing my Duo with a Metal ball. In the finals, my best guess was that he would think that I would change my bey to something to counter him which he did. I brought out my Duo again, and with him changing his bey, I was able to come away with a victory. If I changed to my attack type, I would have lost. Use the same BEy? lost again. So you see, it's all about making my best judgement to give me the best chance to win. I've lost more times then I've won and I'm humble enough to know that without learning what I can from Bazooka and others around me, I wouldn't be so successful in Blading. By the way, I haven't used Dragoon yet. Ginga and Shinobu, your more then welcome to come to any of my events and put your skills up against mine. More then likely you'll beat me. Either way, I'll reach my hand to yours and congratulate you on a great match. For what it's worth, I absolutely love attack Beys. My first win was with one.

Kaboom, I don't play to "not lose" I play to win.
Pruebame, well said bro. Your an amazing blader and a very humble, interesting guy. It was good to finally meet you and I look forward to our next match.
ghostbull, always a good sport. Pruebame loves his Duo XD
