VANCOUVER BEYBLADE SUMMIT
JUNE 13, 2009 @ ANIME EVOLUTION
VANCOUVER TRADE & EXHIBITION CENTER
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA

http://www.animeevolution.com/?p=927

The Vancouver Beyblade Summit is the ultimate event for Beyblade fans on the west coast!

Hosted by the World Beyblade Organization (http://worldbeyblade.org), they’ll be doing giveaways and demos of the latest series, METAL FIGHT BEYBLADE!

Come learn the nuances and strategies of the modern version of Japan’s ancient game of skill.

Whether you’re a hardcore Beyblade fanatic or just someone who wants to know how a spinning top game could possibly have any strategy involved, be sure to stop by.

We’d love to meet you!

Entry Fee: To enter the convention, you must pay their entrance fee. Please see their site for details. Because it is at a paid convention, there is no fee to enter this tournament, even if you don't have a Blader Passport.

Need-to-Know Information

1. During Registration, Open Your Account Page

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.

2. Arrive On Time

You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.

No, the shipping is really expensive, the shipping was over $40 itself for me, Just use Ebay or Towiz for now ... Ebay is the best at the moment for you.
can you only use metal fight beyblades in the tournament?
There won't be a tournament, it's just a casual event for Beyblade.
I know it's hosted by the WBO, but specifically will be there?

Just me. LOL

There hasn't been much interest for this event sadly. Unhappy
I'll work on getting my butt up there if it's still on Cool
if you come i will definitely do it
I was poking around the Anime Evolution Site this morning and I just found out about all this. XD I loved Beyblades since it came out but it hasn't been that popular after it was pretty much phased out after the 2nd or 3rd season of Beyblade...It brings back so many memories and I have a bunch of friends who still love beyblades. I haven't kept up with it after it got phased out but I still love it. Now I'm hearing about these new metal Fight Beyblades, It sounds really cool. I'll try to bring as many people I can to this Event (that is if i can find out which room it will be in since AE has been changing locations in the last couple years...) Cute
I was thinking of canceling this since I'm not feeling too well, but if there's truly some interest I will go ...
aww man i wish i cold go but its far!!

D: That sucks. I told one of my friends and he's pretty excited about it (not as much as I am since I'm more of a Beyblade fan than he his.) and there's some more I have in mind, but I don't think they like it for the Beyblades but more for the characters...*cough cough* I'm not sure what the general turn out will be but you'll have at least me and maybe a couple of my friends, if not me and a friend. We even ordered some of the new metal fight beyblades from Ebay to try out. XD

Well, we'll see how I'm feeling soon. Grin I'm just exhausted from BWR, but if there's going to be some interest then I'll make it out there.
Cool, hope you get some good rest and feel better soon! Cute
This is still going! See you there!
