I have all pieces and experimented, I really don't know. I am truly at a roadblock.
[Unanswered] What is the best right spin DB core up to date?
Belial2 would be the best stamina+ burst resistance
Valkryie1 would be the best stamina+ defense
Perseus would be the best OWD+attack
Valkryie1 would be the best stamina+ defense
Perseus would be the best OWD+attack

Well I have all 3 by buying Savior and overdrive set, but the former 2 I can only slap on prominence since although All in one set and entry set were at my store, Vanish isn’t(no F Gear).
Not an easy question, there are a set I would consider gold, and they all have different advantages and disadvantages.
Belial2 has advantages for attack and hard-launched stamina (it is however terrible if the gimmick isn't activated, making it kinda bad for stamina because you can't safely weak launch) and also has a large amount of variance in how effective and easy to activate the gimmick is. A decent one is one of the best attack cores though.
Perseus is the heaviest but has average teeth, the extra weight is most useful to attack, especially Ultimate which doesn't need Belial2's burst stopper). It's great on Savior but a bit riskier. For stamina, I've found it cripples opposite spin match ups, as adding weight at the top and centre of a combo tends to do. MagikHorse said he got solid same spin results from it, but I haven't tested that extensively.
Valkyrie 1 is great for stamina, with the bound gimmick helping absorb blows somewhat. The Blue and Red versions suffer from fairly severe tooth wear however, and while the teeth are pretty hard to click, there are very few of them meaning non-dash Bearing does quite badly in my experience - aside from this it's great as long as the teeth are in good shape.
Phoenix is my favourite right spin stamina core, I find it works well with non dash drivers, providing good burst resistance, and has very respectable balance. Excellent with Dash, too. However, people I respect such as Kei have said it doesn't work well for them - investigation may be needed.
Valkyrie 2 is basically a right spin Longinus tooth wise, no bound gimmick and a couple of very big clicks. It's solid on Ultimate and Savior and okay for stamina but perhaps not as well balanced as other options. It's decent all around however, which is also kinda important.
