When I load it on, most of the time it falls off, or when I get it loaded it feels weak and fails

It's a bad launcher. Clip it to the side of another launcher to use it as a grip, and then launch with the other launcher.

Ye I have a super grip and I always clip an extra one for more grip when I use it. But then again I don’t use it that much, I mean I got it for 2 bucks at Walmart. Anyways the cheapest option is to clip on another launcher to the part were you grip it.
