Soar Phoenix is interchangeable with 5-60P and 1/3-60R, most beginners start off with 1/3-60R which is why I recommend it. 1-60R is used in a lot of combos. 1-80 for Beat is interesting but I don’t know much about that bey anyways. Honestly Yellow Wand is good but if you want so many good parts at once that you will use for a long period of time then Green Wand is the way to go.

As I said I was defending my original reply on this post to provide input on why I am right. And also to help give Jared insight on what information to believe. He is still a new blader, he needs to learn basic meta before anything. Not to mention its useful to give him ways to buy beys with USEFUL parts for long term blading instead of beys that could provide more unnecessary parts.

By the way Beyblade X Planner stats don’t matter. Like the stats are generally just a random thing that Takera Tomy added to beys. It doesn’t really do much, excluding I guess dash or burst resistance. Just don’t focus on stats for judgement though. To tell what Bey works best for you, you just have to work around with the meta combos and see which one works for you the best.

Like for example Thanos is a lighter Knights Lance, a Beyblade known already for its disappointing weight. Honestly only crossovers like Optimus Primal work well. Many other Bladers who have reviewed these products share the same thoughts against them. It is just easier to buy parts from non crossover beys which is why I advised the OP not to get them unless they are into that stuff
Lastly, meta may not be enjoyable but it is not like I was telling the OP to only buy those ones. I told OP to get those beys to start off since they seemed interested in competitive and the combos most use. I gave them an affordable option to get as many good parts as possible.
This community has rules about how we Bladers should talk to eachother but with all due to respect I ask the both of you to stand down in this situation as I also asked the WBO discord about Disc Ball. Not a single Blader said it was good which Veesquared can back me up on. Honestly I have seen you two go around and answer new Bladers questions without giving them credible resources or reasons on why they should take your advice. Everything that I told Jared F is information that has been seen in many videos such as Zankeye or Illunic’s videos. If you want to keep this conversation going then continue, because I am sure majority of the bladers of WBO will take my side here, and yes that does include Frisk.

Generally if a combo is already good you really wont need a winder for that extra hit of power.

Put LF on it and if you have ball, use it on Unicorn.

The reason why Phoenix is still meta after all this time is pretty simple. Its still one of the heavier beys especially with new mold from a while back, its wide spread for both the TT and Hasbro region bladers. For example Turkey only just last month got wave 1 of X and part of wave 1-2, the best bey to buy is Phoenix Wing. Also fun fact the worlds champion, Fahreddin, is actually from the Turkey blader scene so hopefully Hasbro and TT will step up distribution in regions behind on releases
