How come it says 2004 has bro while it also says takara 2003 china on the attack ring?

All Hasbro blades use the same mold as takara, but with the Hasbro text added. I assure you it's a legitimate Hasbro plastic gen blade.

Look at the screws. If it's a Philips screw then likely it's a fake. If it's a special three edges triangle screw head screw. Then it's genuine.

idk, you can tell if they are. im sure if you go to a event the judge can tell you if it is or not.

The plastic gen Beyblade parts were all still manufactured in China, despite being otherwise created by Japanese or US companies (Hasbro in this case). But if it says Hasbro on the Beyblade, you have nothing to worry about.
