Is Rise a good driver? I have seen at one of the Japanese YT channel that he keep using Rise on LS instead of Bearing. And one time he show that rise can OS the LS bearing and its also hard to get knocked out.

Rise did get a good mention as a surprisingly viable LAD driver in this thread. I personally find it to be slightly inconsistent though, and not too great on same spin compared to Xtend+ or even Bearing due to the scrape risk
The large disc seems to give it some KO defense too, sometimes catching on to the tornado ridge to keep it from getting knocked out, but it reduces stamina a lot.

It's good sometimes, but can be fairly inconsistent
