Hmm, that's interesting. I don't think I've ever heard of a Hasbro fake, though MFB would be more likely.
Took the image below from Walmart, which looks different. But honestly, I think the one in the eBay listing is a European version, given all the languages listed on the bottom. I think that's a bit much effort for a fake, so I'm leaning toward legit. But I'm no MFB expert.
Whether the listing itself may be scammy is another story. Not sure how to judge the price for something like this.
