I think it's definitely fake, no TM or signs of trademarks. But i'll wait for answers from more expert bladers, maybe i'm wrong...

I do not think so. There is the logo Hasbro

Yes, but the descriptions on the front box (i mean,  every phrase printed on it) can't be found anywhere else. The Hasbro logo doesn't mean a thing in Mfb beyblades, unfortunately...

I don’t really know, but I do see the Hasbro logo in the bottom right corner, I see that tiny blue square, but then again..

Hmm, that's interesting. I don't think I've ever heard of a Hasbro fake, though MFB would be more likely.

Took the image below from Walmart, which looks different. But honestly, I think the one in the eBay listing is a European version, given all the languages listed on the bottom. I think that's a bit much effort for a fake, so I'm leaning toward legit. But I'm no MFB expert.

Whether the listing itself may be scammy is another story. Not sure how to judge the price for something like this.

Thank you anyway, Fox! It's listed for 14,99 GB pounds, the price's not prohibitive. Maybe i'll take the risk...
Btw, this video alerted me on that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-AdpOGYM5Q&t=272s
