Hello, 1 question. are we allowed to use launchers in tournaments with handles that are partially broken? I think the answer is most likely “no”, but i just wanna be sure.

(in my situation, the handle on my Blue Beylauncher R was split in half, a piece of the handle flew off. of course, the launcher still functions perfectly fine though.

In the rules I read that modded handles are aloud
I don't know if that's qualified
